Joe Welch, Owner, Welch Custom Homes

Jordan Keels, Project Manager 

A Charleston native, Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Charleston Southern University and brings years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. He began his career in production homebuilding before focusing on custom builds, working with several of the Lowcountry’s most respected homebuilders. Jordan is passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship, building strong client relationships, and ensuring every detail of a project is carefully managed.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys being on the water, fishing, and spending time at the beach. He and his wife love raising their two children, Jack and Ellis, in the Lowcountry surrounded by family and friends.

Amy Welch, Project Coordinator

As project coordinator, Amy plays a key role in streamlining the homebuilding process, working closely with homeowners to manage design selections while maintaining budget alignment. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each project, offering valuable insight to ensure a balanced blend of functionality and style. Amy’s coordination helps create a seamless experience for clients, resulting in projects that are both beautiful and tailored to each family’s unique vision.
