Since 1978, Bob Welch has been building custom homes in Southwest Florida. Bob traces his interest in design back to the early 1960s. As he grew up in the family business, Welch's Interiors, he was surrounded by home furnishings and architecture. He soon developed a passion of his own for drawing floor plans and designing homes. That design talent is now an integral part of the services offered by Welch Custom Homes, Inc.

In addition to beautiful plans and quality construction, outstanding customer service and personal attention are the hallmark of Welch Custom Homes. Bob and his staff take great care in listening to clients and responding to their desires.
